We have now, climbed, crawled, walked up the Cleaver most of the way. If you look to the right of Will, you can see the pond down at 7,505 feet. It's kind of blue. At this point, climbing is not so bad. The terrain turned into milder sand and small rocks under a base of solid lava. But it was still pretty steep and it was very hot for me. But we plowed on. It is very hard to give you a sense of scale, look at the last shot, there is another team coming down...
