We just got back from skiing up on Mt. Hood. They are having HUGE snow storms out here and Mt. Hood is getting dumped on. So we decided to take a ride up there today and check it out. The scenery was beautiful. I don't think I have ever been up there where the snow is so packed on the sides of the roads where it covers the street signs. You really have to know where you are going up there because every road sign / highway sign/ etc were just covered in snow. The girls were amazed at how much there was.
We went up to just go on the tow rope and the beginner section of the mountain, as this is mine and Collette's second time ever skiing. Madison did well and was ready to move on to the ski lifts but we were not ready yet. Collette is starting to get her balance a little better this year on the skis. Marc still has to hold on to her while going up the tow rope and coming down. She has a blast though. I did ok. No wipe outs this time! Yea!
Not much else going on. We are just unpacking the car and getting the girls ready for bed. No pictures to update from this trip. Sorry...
