Wind Mills....

Hey Folks;
We headed out to the east side of the gorge this weekend. We were in search of some big horned sheep. Robin's buddies at work "claim" you can see them from the side of the road. Well, ahem.... we did see some buffalo on some guys farm. Alas, no sheep to be found. So we kept driving out to the other side of the gorge. When you reach the end of the scenic area, the wind farms pop up. It is a really cool site to drive up on. We hung a right and headed north away from the river, the girls were itching to get home...The last shot is the view approaching the gorge again from the north. I love going out here to take pictures, it is amazing how dry and hot it is. In 100 miles you go from just about rain forest to bone dry grass lands.
