Hey Everyone,
I'm getting ready to climb Mt Saint Helens and Mt Adams this year. To condition myself, I go hiking in the Columbia River Gorge about 45 minutes east of our home. Robin likes me to leave by 6AM so I do not waist the day. It's tough rolling out of bed early, but the payoff is no people and a nice sunrise.


This shot was taken near the top of Mt Hamilton. The next shot was taken from the top, after the clouds clear. As I was standing there talking to some guy, a Bald Eagle was circling below and headed toward us. Enjoy the shots.
